Large CB Lockout Device 

The EFO CBL5 Large CB Lockout Device fits most common types of large circuit breakers. Up to 19mm toggle thickness. Lockout Devices can help prevent unintended energisation of a electrical supply.  Furthermore EFO can customise Lockout Kits to suit your company risk management requirements.

Application

Clamp CBL5 onto the Large Circuit Breaker toggle in the OFF position.
Using a small screwdriver tighten the set screw in the device.
Place a Lockout Padlock through the hole and to prevent Removal by a unauthorized person.
Do Not Operate or Out Of Service Tags should also be attached to complete the lockout procedure.
