Electrical First Aid and Burns Kit ISSC14 Type B
Our Electrical First Aid and Burns Kit meets ISSC14 Type B requirements and also contains the additional items for electrical workers as set out in table 3.2. Outlined in NSW Occupational Health and Safety Regulation and also Work Cover NSW – First Aid in the Workplace. Guide Legislation requires first aid kits to be made available at all work areas taking into consideration: The type of work; The work environment; and The numbers of personnel.
Organisations should adopt a risk management approach to determine, select and supply appropriate portable first aid kit(s). Which will provide basic items for first aid should an incident occur. Furthermore This risk management process must take into account the additional and special hazards encountered in the Electricity Supply Industry. Examples include electric shock, flash burns, snake bites and also insect attacks.
