Plug and Hose lockout

Electrical Plug and Hose lockout devices are used for Lockout and Tagout when the plug is not under the exclusive control of the person performing service or maintenance. These lockout devices can also be used to lockout air hose nipples. Made from high impact plastic and is suitable for lockout of most 240V Plugs.

Instructions

Adjust the lockout device to suit the electrical plug.
Bring the lockout device to the close position.
Apply the padlock to secure the electrical plug.
Make sure the plug cannot be removed from the lockout device once the padlock is applied.
