SEW Non Contact Voltage Detector
The SEW Non Contact Voltage Detector is intended to check for the presence of AC Voltage, signalling the user with an intermittent tone and a flashing LED. They are used to detect voltage in outlets, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, wires, and cables or to find a break in a wire.
Furthermore The PU240 Proving Unit provides a safe and reliable means of checking the correct functioning of Multi meters and two pole Voltage Indicators (VIs) before and after use as advised in the Safe Working Practice For electricians. Additionally they have the capability of checking the Operation of Non-Contact voltage detectors.
